Like that, Love this: Food Truck Love

To show Cranky Diners’ support and solidarity for food trucks in Raleigh, this week’s Like that Love this is dedicated one of our faves and one of the first food trucks on the scene in Durham, Only Burger.

In case you have been living under a rock (or just not paying attention to local food news) there is a storm brewing over letting food trucks conduct business in Raleigh, specifically the downtown area. The Raleigh Connoisseur blog does a great job of covering what’s going on with the food truck debate in Raleigh

If you like McDonald’s (or any burger really)

Only Burger was one of the first food trucks in Durham and the Triangle and through hard work, great food and perseverance, they opened a storefront in South Durham. However, it was at their truck I was introduced to their juicy burgers topped with fresh ingredients accompanied by a bag full of fries. Raleigh folks, don’t fear, Only Burger does make their way to Centennial Campus and Cary occasionally, or you can make the trek out to Durham and visit their store. Check out their Twitter or website to find out where they are and going to be.

What do you think of the Raleigh food truck debate?
